What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your jewelry boxes?
We support independent designers by offering a tiered MOQ system. For standard blank collections or ready-to-ship models, the MOQ starts at just 100 pieces. For fully custom packaging (e.g., custom sizes, full-color printing), the MOQ usally starts at 500 pieces.
Are there any hidden shipping fees?
No. We operate on a "Predictable Landed Pricing" model. Our quotes transparently include both the product cost and the factory-to-port ocean freight. You will only be responsible for local taxes and duties upon arrival.
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes! You can instantly order blank factory samples to test the quality, color, and fit. If you need a fully customized prototype with your logo, we can produce and ship it within 1-7 working days.
Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable packaging options?
Yes, sustainability is at our core. We use recycled chipboard as cores for rigid boxes, we also offer the FSC certified papers options for fully custom orders. Online ready to ship items such as the Earth series also features sustainable and recycled white straw fiber wraps for an organic and natural unboxing experience.
