Made from thinner, flexible paperboard (typically 250gsm to 400gsm), these boxes can be shipped flat and assembled in seconds — making them incredibly cost-effective for high-volume orders.

Unlike rigid boxes, folding cartons use clever die-cut folding patterns to create structural integrity. The boxes arrive flat in stacks, saving enormous amounts of storage space and shipping costs compared to rigid boxes. When needed, they fold into shape and lock together without adhesives or tape.
