Standard shipping is arranged via railway, truck, or sea freight, and transit time is relatively longer.

Production & Sampling Time (Important)

Most Impresso orders are made-to-order.

Total Delivery Timeline = Sampling Time (if any) + Production Time + Shipping

 • Physical sample (if required): 2–7 business days after artwork confirmation
 • Digital proof / electronic sample approval (via email or system) is deemed as final and binding confirmation

Production Time
 • Mass production: 3–10 business days after final approval
 • Actual production time may vary depending on order quantity, materials, finishes, and production schedule

Expedited Shipping (Air Freight)

Shipping Cost Adjustment

Due to fluctuations in international logistics costs:

  • Website prices may be adjusted if shipping costs increase or decrease significantly

  • Updated prices will apply to new orders only

Taxes, Duties & Customs Clearance

Under CFR terms:

  • Import duties, VAT, and local taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Impresso will assist with documentation 

Force Majeure

Shipping timelines may be affected by force majeure events including but not limited to port congestion, customs inspection, weather conditions, pandemics, or government actions. Such delays shall not be deemed as breach of contract.
