Refund policy

B2B Transaction Nature

All transactions on Impresso are business-to-business (B2B) transactions.

Most products are:
 • Custom-made
 • Produced according to customer-approved specifications, artwork, and samples

Custom Products – No Return / No Refund

For customized products, including but not limited to:
 • Custom size
 • Custom printing
 • Custom materials or structures

Returns, refunds, or cancellations are not accepted once:
 • Sample approval is confirmed (including electronic or written approval), or
 • Production has commenced

Stock Products

For non-customized, stock products only:
 • Returns may be accepted upon approval
 • Products must be unused and in original condition
 • A 40% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
 • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable

Quality Claims

If you receive products with:
 • Manufacturing defects
 • Significant deviation from approved samples

You must:
 • Notify Impresso within 7 days of receipt
 • Provide clear photos, videos, and supporting evidence

Upon verification, Impresso may offer:
 • Replacement
 • Partial refund
 • Credit for future orders

Shipping Damage

Damage caused during transportation:
 • Will be handled based on evidence and carrier responsibility
 • Customers are required to assist in evidence collection
 • Compensation will be resolved through replacement or negotiated solution

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
 • Delays caused by logistics or customs
 • Color variation within industry tolerance
 • Minor dimensional deviations
 • Customer-provided artwork errors
 • Incorrect information provided by the customer
