Custom Dieline Creation
Within 1-2 business days, our engineering team will prepare a precise dieline (artwork template) tailored to your exact product dimensions. This technical diagram ensures your branding is laid out correctly before any manufacturing begins.
Step 5
Digital Proofing (Final Check)
Apply your branding and selected finishes (foiling, offset, screen printing, or debossing) to the dieline. We’ll provide an engineering-grade Digital Proof for a final check of every fold, finish position, and text alignment—your last opportunity to catch errors before production.
Step 6
Physical Prototyping (Sampling)
Before mass production, we can produce a physical prototype (2-7 days). This allows you to verify the structural integrity, feel the material texture, and ensure your products fit perfectly.
Step 7
Mass Production & Global Delivery
Once the sample is approved, our factory begins production with strict quality control. We manage the export and international logistics based on your chosen delivery terms, ensuring your bespoke boxes arrive safely at your destination.
