What is the minimum order quantity for your packaging?
Our in-stock collections start at 100 pieces with no mold fees — perfect for small brands and market testing. For custom packaging (including custom sizes, materials, and printing), MOQ is typically 500 pieces.
Can I get samples before placing a full order?
Absolutely. You can choose up to 5 pieces samples for free. Customer is responsible for the shipping fee. We also offer physicial sample according to your specification. Contact us for more info.
What customization options are available?
For custom orders, we offer foil stamping, embossing, spot UV, and offset printing etc. to bring your brand logo and design to life. Custom rigid boxes and folding boxes can be tailored to your exact specifications.
How long does production and shipping take?
In-stock items production: 1-5 business days for production. Custom orders production: 3-21 business days depending on complexity. We offer standard shipping to 30+ countries worldwide. Check shipping regions and time.
